ACE Travel Agency Program

The ACE Rent A Car Travel Agency Program is exclusively for travel agencies with a valid ARC, IATA, TRUE or CLIA number.

By enrolling in this program, travel agencies agree to register their agency with the third-party payment processor, Paymode. Click here for details.

All travel agents must be logged into their account for their agency to receive credit for any booking made.

Commission will be paid on the Time and Mileage only for bookings which are opened into a rental contract. “Time and Mileage” is the base rental rate. This is exclusive to: Taxes, Surcharges, Vehicle upgrade charges, additional driver charges, Airport facility fees, Vehicle License as well as, Concession recoupment fees, Young renter fees, Fuel charges, Damage waiver charges and/or Fees for optional products.

ACE Rent A Car commissions are paid by the 15th of every month for all of the previous month's activity.
